Pre-Event.

Out-Of-Home Campaign:

Before the launch event, we initiated an out-of-home advertising campaign targeting a key demographic in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. This included a billboard on Beverly Blvd featuring messaging with a call-to-action to boost festival ticket sales. The second focused on branding in anticipation of the festival date, utilizing a billboard along the California 10 freeway in Banning, which reached over a million people monthly. The goal was to attract visitors traveling to Los Angeles from Palm Springs. (A city known for its own film festivals.) Campaigns ran for 2 to 6 months.

The Result.

The 6th DaVinci International Film Festival experienced significant growth while maintaining an intimate atmosphere. The three-day event provided a high-caliber experience with outstanding film selections and competitions. Despite occasional lower attendance, industry panels resonated with attendees. Our dedicated video and photography teams captured compelling content throughout the festival, including red-carpet moments, in-theater scenes, and behind-the-scenes footage, which will be valuable for future promotions. Fortunately, technical difficulties were minimal, and team members provided strong support during the event. In terms of branding and brand awareness, securing the billboard position on the Beverly billboard was a tremendous bonus.
